To start off this review, I don’t typically write these often, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with someone as brilliant a realtor as Angela. As a first time home buyer, the initial thought of purchasing a home is daunting, however, once I started to speak with Angela, those initial feelings disappeared. Angela assured me in our first initial contact that she would walk me through every step of the process in purchasing my new home. She brings a calming, genuine, caring demeanor which translates over to your feelings during the home buying process. This alleviated any stress that would normally be incurred while purchasing a home. Not only did she keep her word in escorting me through the home-buying process, but she greatly exceeded any expectations you could have for a realtor/partner in the home buying process. To give some context, Angela answered many early morning and late night calls and texts and even would communicate with other parties such as loan processors, bankers, closers, etc, to ensure every single thing was prepared for closing day. In summation, as someone who had little to no knowledge of how to purchase a home just a few months ago, I can assure you that you want Angela at your side for your next or first home purchase.

It is a honor and pleasure to write about an amazing and awesome woman, Angela T. Pettis. I met Angela in August. This woman showed only professionalism through the entire time that we dealt with one another.
Everything that Angela did for me made a difference in my life. Kindness is just what she showed me. And she did an outstanding job.
Angela helped me sell a condo. I let her know at the beginning that I was nervous, because I had never been in a situation to sell any type of property.
Angela reassured me that this was her job as an agent to help me in whatever way that she could. And she was totally a woman of her word.
Angela did just that from August to October 21, 2021. Whenever I had questions, did not understand or if I called her two or three times in one day. She was always there for me.
I pray that Baird and Warner Residential Sales, Inc. realize how valuable Angela T. Pettis is to their company. Not only did Angela make herself look good, but she made the company look good as well!!

I recently relocated to the Chicago area for a new job and had less than 45 days after accepting an employment offer to find a new home for my family. We contacted Baird & Warner and they put us in touch with Angela Pettis from the Orland Park office. Angela was great to work with and was very attentive to our needs. My wife and I told Angela what we were looking for in a home and she recommended many homes that met our criteria in various areas of the city. She returned our phone calls & emails promptly and scheduled appointments for us to view homes that were convenient for our schedule. Due to having such a short amount of time to complete our move we decided to look for a home that we could lease for a year then decide if we wanted to purchase it or keep looking. We felt Angela worked just as hard for us even though we were not purchasing for at least a year and she always made us feel like were a priority among her many clients. When my family and I decide to either purchase the home we’re in or look for another, we’ll certainly rely on Angela again for her help and expertise. Even after we had signed our lease and moved in, Angela followed up with us and even conducted a walk through of the property with the listing agent, the owners and us.
